The Holiday Apartment
I have rebuilt my parents' house in 2004. There are a nice café, apartments, an ordination, the office of nobleness of the heart ("Gustl 59") from the actor August Schmölzer and a beautiful vacation apartment.
At the construction we placed value on biological building materials (flax insulation, clay plaster).
A big leisure time area with a natural lake for bathing belongs to our house (approx. 4000 m² water area), barbecue area, big lawn for sunbathing and playground.

Location and surroundings
In winter you can go ice skating. Approx. 20 km away there are beautiful ski areas.
You can reach a lot of gorgeous pubs and caterings by foot on well signed hiking trails.
Worth seeing is the castle Stainz with a hunting museum 4 km away or you have a ride with the light railway.
The Lippizaner stud farm Piber and the Hundertwasser church are reachable in about 25 minutes by car. Also the cultural capital city Graz is reachable very well within 20 minutes.
