	The vacation rental Toskanian wine is ready for you The vacation apartment you'll stay in is on the completely renovated ground floor of a historical monument on generous 89 square metres of surface. The whole flat is equipped with under-floor heating. In every space the warm need can be put individually after own needs with thermostat regulator (e.g., chiller bedrooms). Sitting rooms and bedrooms have a massive wood parquet, the remaining rooms are tiled. The flat is a non-smoker flat! You'll relax in an old historical monument. With 89 square meters, up to six persons can be accommodated comfortably so that you'll keep out of each other's way. The vacation apartment has its own entrance, so you will be undisturbed and won't disturb anybody else when coming "home" late at night.
	The surrounding area Hiking: During the season guided tours are organised as well as excursions to Prague and hiking tours to the mountains of the Bavarian Forest (Arber, Osser, Kaitersberg, Hoher Bogen, Großer and Kleiner Falkenstein, Lusen, Rusel etc). Bicycle Tours: You can enjoy a relaxed ride on clearly signposted cycleways (partly with bus transfers) or try a more challenging mountain-bike tour (guided tours possible); long-distance tours through the idyllic Bavarian Forest , e.g. the original European Cup route of the Arber marathon or around Roding, part of the International Tour de Baviere, are easily accessed as well. The cycleway along the river Regen leads you from its mouth in Regensburg near to its spring in Bayrisch Eisenstein, always following

Travel information

You take the motorway A3 Nürnberg - Regensburg - Passau. After Regensburg you exit at "Wörth Ost" (nr. 104b), turning left following the signs to "Falkenstein" for about 16 kilometers. In Falkenstein you turn right (direction "Straubing"), and after ca 300m you will see the old house on your left.
