	The vacation rental A big winter-garden, big breakfast-room, fridges. There is also a special place for children to play, a tennis-table. We have also a terrace with roof. Good restaurants with cheap prices are near of us. There is also “Buschenschank” for eating where everything is made at home. In Spittal/Drau you can find swimming-pools with or without roof, a cinema and a shopping-centre. Rooms are with shower, WC and SAT/TV. There are also 4-bed-rooms with shower , WC and SAT/TV.
	The surrounding area Our vacation house is in Upper-Carintia but very central, 5 minutes to our house-mountain “Goldeck” and the city Spittal/Drau. Near the Millstätter Lake. But there are also other lakes like Weißenlake and Lake of Velden, which you can reach in 15-30 minutes by car. direct at the bike-way of the Drau – 260 km. Further ski-regions 20-25 minutes by car (Bad Kleinkirchheim, Innerkrems, Katschberg, Gerlitzen). There is also an ice-skating-place.
