The Farmhouse
The two vacation appartements "Morgensonne" and "Abendrot" are built in an outhouse, formerly warehouse, on the farm in the first floor. They are reachable over a stair and offers about 55m² living room for you and your family. Centrally managed heating and hot water make sure that also in colder times you have a comfortable stay! The vacation appartements offer our customers a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms with a doublebed and two singelbed, a vestibule, balkony and shower/WC. Tastelly and comfortable equipped, the vacation appartements are "the" place for familiy holidays.

Location and surroundings
The Biofarm Spendier is situated in the wonderful Naturepark "Gurktal" on a seelevel of 1.000m. In this hight there is almost no fog! The air is free of industrial waste and you have a wonderful sight to the Karawanken and Carnic Alps! The farm is in the middle of fresh grasslands and in harvest times the whole region smells like fresh hay! Our familiy manages the farm amongst the biological principles.
The exposes position of our farm in the middle of the nature park, surrounded by meadows and forrest, invites you to hike, discover and relax!
