Our cosy vacation apartment (about 60 m²) for 2-5 person has 2 sleeping-rooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower and a fully equipped kitchen. The vacation apartment is equipped with balcony, Sat-TV, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee-machine and fridge with icebox. The vacation apartment has parquet floor and in the bathrooms youl will finde towel-dryer and underfloor-heating. Around the house you will find al lot of space as well as the possibiliy of making a barbecue.

Location and surroundings
Our farm is situated quiet and sunny, away from any traffic noise. You will have a fantastic panoramic view to the famous mountains "Bischofsmütze" and the Dachstein. On our farm there live cows, calves, cats and ducks. In the region you will find many hiking-paths, mountainbike-routes, climbing-tours, a swimming-pool or some small lakes. Also many sights like Hohenwerfen castle, the ice-cave in Werfen or the city of Salzburg can be reached easily. The next ski-lift is only 1 km far away and the cross-country trails a within a few minutes of walking. Also the famous ski-regions Schladming, Flachau or Zauchensee can be reached in a few minutes by car. In Filzmoos you will also find toboggan-runs and sleigh rides.
