The vacation rental
Our ***holiday home is an ideal starting point to discover all of the region’s cultural places of interest like the “German Corner", “Ehrenbreitstein” fortress or the picturesque Old Town of Koblenz.
Our holiday home is located in the basement of our modern single occupancy home and is accessible by a separate entrance.
The apartment is 43 square meters (468 square feet) in size and consists of one sleeping room, one living room, a separate kitchen, and a private bath.

The surrounding area
Our ***holiday home is located close to the river Rhein and only 3 kilometers (1.8 miles) away from the city of Koblenz.
The beautiful town of Koblenz with its world-renowned tourist features and its awesome shopping features is within walking distance (take the trail along the river Rhein) and also accessible by car or by bus. The nearest bus stop is only 100 meters (30 feet) away from the flat.
Urbar itself has different shops like a bakery, a butcher’s shop, a wholefood shop, a post office, some barber shops, banks and restaurants.
The nearest supermarket is only 1.5 kilometers (0.9 miles) away from the holiday home.
A very special thing is the location close to the world-famous “Rheinsteig“ hiking trail which has a length of 320km
