entrance	The vacation rental The new comfortably furnished vacation apartment with an own entrance is situated in Berlin-Charlottenburg (Eichkamp) in the midst of a quiet residential area close to the Grunewald. The city (Kurfürstendamm) is just around the corner. The flat consists of a big sitting room (30 square metres) with integrated kitchen and dining area, a bedroom (10 square metres) with 2 beds, a comfortable bathroom with WC and shower. A third sleeping place can be arranged. Parking is possible in the area near the vacation apartment.
living room	The surrounding area Exhibitors, businessmen and fair visitors can walk to the exhibition centre and the fair halls in a few minutes. To the station Messe-Süd you walk 5 minutes. From here you can go by fast train (S-Bahn) without changing within 10-20 minutes to the most famous objects of sight (Zoo, Europa-Center, Kurfürstendamm, Gedächtniskirche, Brandenburger Tor, Reichstagsgebäude, government quarter, Unter den Linden, Friedrichstraße, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz). In the surrounding of the Wilmersdorfer Straße (two stations with the fast train) you find stores, many restaurants and shops. With the S-Bahn you also reach the Strandbad Wannsee in 15 minutes and Potsdam with Schloss Sanssouci in 30 minutes. The trains go every 10 min.
