Elevated ground level apartment has terracotta floors and vaulted whitewashed brick walls and ceilings. One bedroom (plus double sofa bed), a bright living room and open kitchen and dining area, and one bathroom with separated toilet. Doors lead to the pretty, private terrace with garden furniture and a gorgeous view of the villa's renovated garden (palms, orange, lemon, fig, olive and cypress trees and other Mediterranean plants and flowers) plus uninterrupted view of the lake. Kitchen is equipped; top quality bed linens & towels; Nespresso; TV/DVD; pool & sauna; coin laundry available.
	The surrounding area Brissago is a small, charming village close to the Italian border. The villa is situated within 100m of the Ferry stop with access to Locarno, Ascona and other parts of the lake. Shops are within 50m. Many activities and events year round.

The region of Ticino is well known for the many beautiful valleys, lakes, dramatic scenery, locally produced foods and multitude of hiking possibilities.
