The vacation rental
The saddle roof vacation house is in the half-timbering style with 42 mē living space for 4 persons. Comfortable established compl. kitchen with dishes, 4 plate stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, water cooker.
Living room with two places to sleep, television sets, music plant, bath with toilet and shower, roof bunk as a child's room, heating in all rooms.
Outer plant: 2 terraces with grill pit, lawn with 2 couches, parking space |

The surrounding area
The vacation house scout 42 is located in a vacation village at the southern part of the lake in neat surrounding in the high Sauerland in a marvellous slope situation. Mountains, woods and seas of the Sauerland guarantee a healthy climate and good relaxation to every season.
Being part of the vacation village plant: landing stage, boat pier, sea open-air swimming pool, with a big lawn as well as table tennis, chess fields. An indoor swimming pool with sauna und solarium is located in 500 m of distance.
A tennis plant is located in the northern side of the lake.
