The Holiday Condo
Ours affectionately and comfortably furnished vacation home with view of the Bodensee is in very calm south situation. The apartment in the attic has a separate entrance over a spiral stair. From the large balcony on the south side you enjoy the wonderful view of the lake. Those approx. 45 m ² large Fewo is divided into apartment and sleep range, a kitchenette and Dusche/WC. The vacation home is modern eingerichet. The kitchen is completely equipped with all necessary implements.
Special features
Our house is because of the northern edge of forest however only few going minutes from the lake far away, dogs is permitted with us against a small surcharge, since we have southward a large considered balcony, may only on this be smoked

Location and surroundings
Sipplingen, been because of the sun side of the Bodensee, is surrounded by water, forest and mountains. Sipplingens pictorial situation at the lake, which extraordinary mild climate and its marvelous, hilly surrounding countryside tighten for a long time already humans, who arrange their holidays on the one hand individual, on the other hand in addition, suggestions would like to receive for delightful enterprises or for calm days. Bathes, to sails, boat drives, surfing, dipping or simply only on the meadow at the edge of nature bathing to lie and the view over the water curve leaves: The lake becomes again and again an experience. Penns-Blöcker from 23558 LübeckDie Fewo von Fam, Marte kann ich wärmstens empfehlen, da sie im Topzustand ist, jährl. renoviert, liebevoll ausgestattet ist und schon beim Betreten fühlt man sich geborgen und wohl. Der Balkon ist gut möbl. und der Blick auf den See läßt sofort die Seele baumeln! Die Gegend ist zum Wandern, Baden ideal und voller kultureller Genüsse, auch mit Bus u. Bahn kann man alles gut erreichen. Die herzliche, sympathische unaufdringliche Art der Gastgeber lässt mich wie ein Stück zu Hause fühlen, die Hilfsbereitschaft und die tollen Tipps für Ausflüge machen meinen Urlaub ereignisreich und gleichzeitig leicht zum Entspannen und Loslassen des Alltags. All dieses macht mir alljährlich den Abschied schwer aber voller Vorfreude auf das Wiederkommen als Dauergast auf meinen nächsten Urlaub bei Fam. Marte
