	The surrounding area The holiday flat is located in Klagenfurt/Wörthersee at the northern outskirts in an absolutely quiet environment. There is a terrific view on fields and hills up to the Karawanken mountain ridge (Austria's southern border to Slovenija and Italy). Distance to city center about 3 miles, to the nearest bus station 0.2 miles. Excellent restaurants are very close and easy to get to. Distance to the airport about 3 miles, to the railway station 5 miles
	Activities A lot of spare time activities/sport facilities are in the vicinity. A maximum 30 minutes drive/ride to any activities mentioned above. Ironman Austria: 5th of july 2009. Beachvolleyball Grand Slam in Klagenfurt/Woerthersee from the 28th of july to the 2nd of august 2009. Harley Davidson European Bike Week, Faakersee: 8th to the 13th of sep 2009.
