Basic equipment of victuals (vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, spices etc.) are available. Bathroom with tub, shower, washing machine. Two parking lots in front of the house. Busstop close by (0.2 miles). Transfer to city center ca. 5 minutes. Various stores withing walking distance.

Two wonderful terraces with a nice garden, a play ground for children and a cosy garden house (9 square meters, with furniture and fridge) for shared use.

The holiday flat is located in Klagenfurt/Wörthersee at the northern outskirts in an absolutely quiet environment. There is a terrific view on fields and hills up to the Karawanken mountain ridge (Austria's southern border to Slovenija and Italy). Distance to city center about 3 miles, to the nearest bus station 0.2 miles. Excellent restaurants are very close and easy to get to.
