The vacation rental
The appartment is very spacious, 100 square metres, and provides cosy furniture. It consists of a double room and a triple room with separate shower and bathroom. One double room with shower and toilet as well as a TV with satellite receiver, a fridge and a sofa. Furthermore, it provides a roomy anteroom, a combination of living- / dining-room, a kitchen as well as a large balcony. Every room provides a wash basin and a mirror.
You have access to the balcony from both rooms as well as from the living-/ dining-room. The kitchen offers an electric cooker with oven, a toaster, a microwave, a water cooker, a fridge with a freezer, a TV with satellite receiver and a radio. Also a couch and a cosy sitting area are part of the furniture |

The surrounding area
Nearby, you can find several groceries, hiring out of skis and snowboards as well as a great number of restaurants which offer all kinds of food ranging from typical Tyrolean specialities to international deliciacies.
The bus stop is pretty close, about 150m, where you can take free buses to every skiing resort like the Stubaier glacier (15km), Elfer (3km), Schlick 2000 (8km) and Hoch Serles (12km) during the winter season. There is also a free bus running during the night, the so-called Highway Bus, which takes you to the bar or restaurant of your choice.
The cross-country course as well as the nice footpath running along the stream are directly in front of our house.
Furthermore, we provide enough car park as well as a room for your skis and boots which also offers a shoe drier.
