The vacation rental
We have 8 rooms, 26 two-roomed and 10 three-roomed apartments and a large Restaurant-Bar.
All rooms and apartments are decidedly roomy – some as large as 60 sq.m. and all have been carefully and tastefully furnished.
All apartments open onto a large terrace with views over the bay and the hills of the Maremma Nature Reserve.
They all come complete with kitchen, the latest LCD televisions, air-conditioning, anti-allergy orthopaedic mattresses, room safes and wi-fi internet connection.
Guests are also able to use a self-service laundromat. |

The surrounding area
The residence is located in the Bay of Talamone, surrounded by the hills of the Maremma Nature Reserve and around 1.5 km from the centre of Talamone itself.
It was built in a spot already well-known to devotees of kite and wind-surfing in Italy and abroad.
Anyone who has had the chance to surf in the Talamone area, with its untamed beaches and crystal-clear water will certainly have enjoyed an unforgettable experience accompanied by emotions that will be remembered for life.
