The Holiday House
The vacation house is a very lovely old farmhouse in a Tuscan style. It is surrounded by olive groves with views of the Maremma.
The vacation house can accommodate up to 11persons. It has a living space of 280 sqm.
3 bed-rooms have their own bath-room. The big Kitchen can be used as living-room and has abig pergola with a stone-table. There is also a Boccia-field.

Olives and wine-yards suround the house
It is just 15 minutes byk to the sea and 10 min to the thermal bath.
The terrace is a good place to relax. Garden furniture and Boccia-Field belong to the house.Suvereto with very good restaurants and shops is very near. You can start walking or biking just at the house.

Super großes Haus für befreundete Familien

by Katja Triebel from BerlinIm Sommer 2006 waren wir mit 10 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder von 0- 17 Jahren) in der Fontanella alta.
Das Haus ist riesengroß und bietet Platz für 10-12 Personen: 2 große 3-Bettzimmer, ein großes Bad mit zwei Duschen und einer Toilette, zwei Doppelzimmer mit jeweils eigenem kleinen Duschbad/Toilette und ein Wohnzimmer mit zwei Betten.
Da wir richtiges Sommerwetter hatten, haben wir das Wohnzimmer auf die von Weinlaub umrankte Terrasse verlegt, von der man einen EINMALIGEN Blick hat. Dort verbrachten wir die Abende/Nächte beim Grillen und Kerzenschein.
Unser selbst mitgebrachter Minipool sorgte auf der Terrasse für Abkühlung. Ebenfalls die vorhandene Gartendusche, wenn man nach hitzetreibenden Boccia-Matches sich nach Nässe sehnte. (Boccia-Bahn ist unterhalb der Terrasse, wenn auch nicht im Top-Zustand. Doch zum Spass reicht's)
Wer fernab von jedem Touristenrummel Urlaub machen möchte, ist in der Fontanella alta bestens aufgehoben. Das wirklich malerische Städtchen Suvereto bezaubert mit einer mittelalterlichen Fußgängerzone und vielen Festen zur Sommerzeit. Im nahe gelegenen Venturina kann man alles einkaufen, was man braucht und in der kleinen Fußgängerzone auch bummeln gehen.
Leider war das Wetter so warm, dass wir kein Sightseeing machen wollten. Dafür waren wir oft am naturbelassenen Strand oberhalb Fallonicas.2 of 5 persons think this rating is helpful
