The Holiday Apartment
The construction of the house was finished in the spring of 2008 The apartment consists of a large living area with picture windows looking towards lake Lugano leading to a live-in kitchen with a door to the portico eating area and barbecue.
One large master bedroom looking out on the garden and pool plus a full size bathroom with shower and bath tub. Additional sleeping area for two off the living room. Utility room with a washing machine, ironing board and general cleaning facilities.
The garden and swimming pool have splendid views towards lake Lugano.

Location and surroundings
The south facing position and vicinity to many locations make this an ideal all year round holiday location..Porlezza is a fifteen minute walk from the apartment. The town is unspoilt and picturesque with many old cobbled streets where you will find traditional shops, cafes and restaurants.
The apartment is ideally situated for exploring lake Como which is 10 km away or lake Maggiore circa 20 km. The Italian/Swiss border is at a distance of only 6 km with Lugano, the main city in the Canton of Ticino a further 5 km away.
The ski slopes of Switzerland are approximately a 1hr 30 minutes drive from the apartment.
