The vacation rental
The vacation house, a Gulfhof which was modified comfortably, is directly due to the Sandwater. The outer picture of the house wasn't changed. If you look for quiet and diversion, then you are here right. The big vacation dwelling consists of a living room at ground level with soapstone stove, bedroom, shower toilet, guest toilet, and terrace. A second bedroom with shower is located in the first floor. Working area with washing machine.
Handicapped person kind and wheelchair are in the apartment suitably. Additional beds on enquiry. |

The surrounding area
Woods, water, distance, a scenic gem are the Sandwater in Simonswolde. This East Frisian inland sea was put under conservation in 1973.
It is worthwhile to spend restful days of holiday here and, once, really to forget the everyday stress. Leisure baths in Simonswolde and Riepe offer families vacation fun. The Ihler sea is a nature open-air swimming pool which takes second place to the beach atmosphere and the bathing pleasure of the coast.
Almost daily cultural events take place in the house of the guest in Ihlowerfehn. Whether spring, summer, fall or winter, relaxation gets noticeable. You will be glad to remember the unadulterated nature, churches and mills from past time as well as the East Frisian marsh landscapes.
Over cycle tracks which are well signposted and improved becomes the pleasure cycle. The many watercourses make the area a right angler paradise. It is 15 minutes by car from Simonswolde which immediately is due to the A31 to Emden and Aurich. There are purchase possibilities directly in the place or removes 5 minutes by car in Ihlowerfehn. There is all necessary business: Pharmacy, mail, supermarket, bakery gas station, tourist information office, bicycle rental company etc..
