The vacation rental
The house has four spacious double bedrooms, one with en suite shower/toilet. The main bathroom has a whirlpool bath with overhead shower and downstairs there is a cloakroom. The large kitchen has a gas hob, double electric oven, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, microwave oven, fridge, freezer and breakfast bar with stools. The large living/dining room has sky television, dvd/video player, mini hi fi system and the dining table seats up to eight people.The house is furnished to a high standard.The house was awarded four stars by the Scottish Tourist Board. |

The surrounding area
The house is sitiated only 150 yards from the small picturesque harbour in the peaceful fishing town of St.Monans. This is in the area known as the "East Neuk of Fife" which has a lot to explore and see. The coastline is dotted with many quaint fishing towns and beautiful coastal paths. You can walk easily along the paths which lead to the different towns while taking in the lovely scenery. St.Monans is a quiet and peaceful little town but if you want to get away from the tranquility you can easily visit St.Andrews which is famous for its golf courses and beaches. The journey to St.Andrews by car will only take you around twenty minutes. There are numerous well known eating places and lovely gift shops to visit.

Sorry, but we do not allow pets in the house. The house is also a non smoking residence. We have a beautiful blue flag beach in the area. It is only two miles away in the small town of Elie.

Travel information
We are only 10 miles from St.Andrews for those who want to explore the golf courses, beaches and shops. The house is only 150yard from the coast and East Fife is dotted with picturesque fishing towns. For those who want to see some Scottish culture we are only 1 hour away from Edinburgh & Perh. |
