The vacation rental
The property is surounded by the beautifull Perthshire countryside, and is very lucky to have the famous River Tay running at the front of the house. At night you can hear owls, and watch the sheep and cows and rabbits by day.
This is a house full of history, built in 1864, it has been a poor house, an old folks home, a museum, and now the guest house. |

The surrounding area
We are 5 miles south of Pitlochry, a lovely small town in Highland Perthshire. Here you can see the Salmon ladder, visit the famous Pitlochry Festival Theatre.
There are lots of nice walks, and plenty of choice for finding something to eat and drink.
