The Holiday Apartment
the vacation house ROMA has 2 very high-quality equipped vacation homes with 55qm and in each case 2 bedrooms and 1 maisonette-apartement.
In each apartement can be used a free WLAN conection with your own laptop.
Into the two vacation homes you arrive in each case over a roofed terrace with beautiful sea view into the living room with separate dinette.
In the ground floor are likewise here the completely furnished installation kitchen with under and upper cabinets, as well as the large bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin.
Over broad stairs you arrive at the two bedrooms and a separate toilet. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other 2 single beds.
In the living room a further sleep possibility exists for 2 persons and/or wheelchair users
The maisonette-apartement for 2-3 persons (see further pictures below), has a total area of 40qm when same equipment as the two vacation homes.
It has also a separate terrace with sea view, you into the living range with sleep possibility for a 3. Person come; Installation kitchen with separate dinette, roomy shower with toilet and wash basin, sleep area with double bed and balcony (sea view). In the large sleep area additionally a single bed or a baby bed can be placed.

Our new built house ROMA is in a beautiful and calm situation at the local edge of Achlia with adjacent small Olivenhain.
Achlia is eastern of 17 km a contemplative, small place, of Ierapetra, the southernmost and sun-richest city of Europe. (340 sun days in the year)
You find here in addition, cosy taverns and a small supermarket with fresh fruits and an adjacent tourist and Souveniershop.
In this nature-left environment it is easy, apart forgotten by the mass tourism, the everyday life too - in the background the natural spectacle of high-ascending mountains and forward the view on the far Lybian sea.

Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub

wir durften bei Ihnen einen Superurlaub verleben. Die Wohnung war gepflegt so wie die ganze Anlage rund ums Haus. Alles Nötige war in der Wohnung vorhanden. Auch die Autovermittlung funktionierte perfekt, kein Anstehen am Schalter, die Übergabe/Rückgabe verlief völlig unbürokratisch - und der Preis war sowieso unschlagbar. So haben wir den Osten der Insel intensiv erforschen können, Wandern in den Schluchten und auf die Berge und Baden mit den bunten Fischen im kristallklaren Wasser.
Fazit: Wir kommen immer wieder gerne her.

unser perfekter Urlaub begann schon im Vorfeld, denn durch die netten Kontakte per e-mail und Telefon ahnten wir schon, dass wir mit ihrer Ferienwohnung die richtige Entscheidung getroffen hatten. Selbst der Mietwagen wurde durch sie organisiert. Wir können den anderen Bewertungen nur zustimmen! Man fühlt sich gleich gut aufgehoben: Sehr sauberes und ruhiges Umfeld, gepflegter Garten mit Sitzecken und Meerblick, TOP-Ausstattung der Wohnung usw., also ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die herrliche Landschaft und die tollen Strände Südostkretas zu genießen und sich zu erholen.
Unser nächster Kretaurlaub wird wieder bei ihnen sein.

by W. Dirks from 27798 HudeWir hatten die kleinste FEWO gewählt und sie reichte für 2 Pers. vollkommen aus. Die Gegend lädt förmlich ein zum Wandern, ohne PKW einfach am Haus den Berg hinauf oder mit PKW auch dank der Empfehlungen der Fam. Krapf und Strauch in die nähere und weitere Umgebung. Die in kurzer Zeit erreichbaren Badebuchten bis Irapetra sind alle sehr schön und ideal zum Abspannen nach einem Wandertag. Fazit: Empfehlenswert.
