	The vacation rental This well-furnished, comfortable apartment is conveniently situated in fashionable Leith, the waterfront area of Edinburgh, within walking distance of many excellent restaurants and other attractions. There are also excellent bus-links to Princes Street (10 minutes) and all city attractions, including theatres, galleries, museums, Festival venues, . There is a secure entryphone, lift, parking and communal garden. The apartment has high quality fittings and comprises; a large open-plan living/dining/kitchen area balcony with furniture and views across River Forth. 2 spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes [one with double bed, other with zip-linked singles option of an extra Z-bed] En-suite with bath, and spacious family shower-room.
	The surrounding area Leith, the old medieval port, is now Edinburgh's up and coming residential area, with a wide variety of places to eat and drink. Near the apartment there are picturesque marinas, restaurants specialising in seafood, and interesting pubs, and it is possible to take boat trips on the River Forth. From the apartment's balcony, you often have the stunning view of large ships berthed at the Ocean Terminal. Within walking distance is the Royal Yacht Britannia, and a luxury shopping leisure and cinema complex. There are excellent public transport links, not only to all of Edinburgh's attractions but, for instance, over the spectacular Forth bridges to Fife [and its golf courses] and south to the historic Scottish Border area.
