The gardens include a terrace with sunbeds, a barbecue, a community swimming pool and parking. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of 6 apartments.
The apartments are rent on a weekly basis (7, 14, 21, or 28 nights), from Saturday to Saturday. |

Teulada - Moraira is a quiet village on the Costa Blanca. In Teulada - Moraria there many activities. Water sport lovers can enjoy the services of the Moraira Club Nautico with private diving excursions, windsurfing and under-water sea fishing. Teulada-Moraira also offers the opportunity horseback ride, play squash, football, tennis, basketball, etc. Other non-sport choices include the Sunday antiques fair, where you will find furniture, paintings, clothes, ceramics, craft work and all types of bric-a-brac.
Stroll the weekly street markets in Teulada on Wednesday an in Moraira on Friday. They are filled with fresh fruit and vegetable, meat and cheese, condiment, candy, spice, house wares, clothing, shoe and flower vendors.
