The vacation rental
Sun lovers, this attic loft is the place for you with its totally 18 m2 private terrace that gets the warm Barcelona sun all day long!!! An architect and interior designer decorated this 35m2 totally new and refurbished studio and sleeping up to four guests, this attic loft is a big open space, getting sunlight in the entire apartment during the day. The bedroom with a double bed can be separated from the main part of the studio by blackout louvre blinds. There is a sofa bed for two in the living room and you’ll love the convenience of having a table inside for four people. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and a mirror. Free WiFi and phone for local and incoming calls. The terrace at the same level invites you to have a drink outside |

The surrounding area
The neighborhood is very cozy, with small restaurants, outdoor cafes with terraces where you can take the sun, small shops where you can buy everything and the famous museums MACBA and CCCB are just around the corner. In Plaza Catalunya you can catch up the tourist bus to see all the tourist sights of Barcelona or you can take a walk for Passeig de Gracia to see the wonderful Gaudí buildings. Crossing the Ramblas you’ll get to the “Barri gotic” –the Gothic Quarter, to see all the famous buildings of the old town and the Cathedral. And the port and the harbour are at the end of the Ramblas, just a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
