Villa Dr. Fuhr in Dresden	The vacation rental The apartment is in the loft of an old villa dating back to the period of promoterism. After an extensive renovation in 2008, the apartment offers very contemporary standards such as a parquet floor, central heating etc. 4 rooms, kitchen and bathroom are spread over 115 m² of living space. The kitchen is completely fitted and offers everything a self-caterer needs.
Garden of the villa	The surrounding area The apartment is settled in the area of the city centre not far from the park "Großer Garten", the green lung of Dresden. The park can be reached within a few walking minutes. In the park is a zoo, a botanic garden, the German hygiene museum and the "Gläserne Manufaktur" (the glass manufactory) from Volkswagen. Across the road of the apartment is the historic park railway which is not only fun for children. The transport connection to the apartment is excellent. The historic centre with the Church of Our Lady, Semperoper, the Zwinger and many more sights are reached within 10 minutes. If you have a bicycle (we will happily rent some for you) you will not even need a car! Additionally, you can go on nice tours to Moritzburg or even to Prague.
Palais/"Large Garden"	Activities The simplest place to spend your free time is in the "Großer Garten" park across the road. Comfortable walks, jogging, boat tours, cycle tours, roller blading, etc. are possible. Many little restaurants, some al fresco, can be reached. Dresden itself offers a lot of possibilities. Bike rental, biking, jogging, miniature golf, swimming, water park
