Then, be welcome in Le Rabelais in the historic center of Narbonne between the Lapidary museum and the Archbishop's palace and the Saint-Just cathedral! Cafés,
restaurants, the Canal de la Robine and the covered market are just a stone's throw away.
The apartment is located in a narrow lane in a very old building built on foundations of the XIIIth century. It is small and practical: fitted kitchen and dining corner, living and sleeping area with cupboard, small bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

In Narbonne: Archbishop's palace and cathedral, Via Domitia remains, archeological museum, lapidary museum, horreum (underground warehouse 1st cent. BC), art and history museum, canal de la Robine (walking possibilities, bike rental).
Narbonne is in The Aude départment known for its history and Romanesque abbeys and cloisters. The Fontfroide abbey (Cistercian) and that of Lagrasse (Benedictine) are some of the best preserved examples nearby.
The World Heritage City of Carcassonne with its 39 towers spread along the remparts is only one hour drive.
Amphoralis in Sallèles d'Aude is an unique Gallo-roman potters' museum. The old village of Gruissan with the Saint-Martin salt museum, Bages and Peyriac de Mer are also of great interest.
