Haus	The vacation rental This holiday apartment which is located in a beautiful green, tranquil part of Berlin but at the same time is in the heart of West-Berlin’s city centre is fully equipped for our guests. It is ideally situated being only a couple minutes walk and parallel to the famous Kurfürstendamm in Berlin-Charlottenburg. This area is also liked because of its charming cafés, restaurants and bars which is a part of the life style in this part of Berlin. One has the advantage that the accommodation is placed in the courtyard of this lovely house (no noise from the road outside). The house is adjacent to one of Berlin’s loved Irish pubs. Includ. 6000 kb Internet & free landline telephone anywhere in Germany. Only 3 km from Berlins Messer und Kongresshall.
	The surrounding area A good area for shopping & very close to the famous KaDeWe, also for culture, theatres and Berlin's night life or a pleasant stroll through the back streets with its many cafés and restaurants in the evening. Only a couple of minutes from the famous Kurfürstendamm. 5 minutes walk to all main transport connections; except the S-Bahn station is approx. 10 mins. Berlin’s largest forest, Grunewald, 10 mins with a bus. The Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag 5 km, 12 km is Berlin’s Wannsee, Golf Course and within 2 km to the next outdoor swimming pool (summer time only). Only 3 km from Berlins Messe- und Kongresshalle (ICC).

The flat is situated close to the Kurfürstendamm corner Leibnitzstraße. The A100 autobahn is only approximately 2,4 km. One should drive off at the junction 12 Kurfürstendamm.
