The vacation rental
This lovely semi detached vacation house with its charming thatched roof lies in the middle of Sylt's typical dune- and heather landscape, just at the southern outskirts of List. The surrounding 700 m² garden property has been planted in an island-typical manner. Several trees supply natural shadowy areas. Three different terraces invite to relax. In 2008 the vacation house underwent a thorough restoration, using only high-class materials and giving the vacation house a modern, charming interior. A 700m walkway leads to the soft beaches of the Wadden Sea. The wilder west coast with its mighty surge can also be reached easily from here. |

The surrounding area
List is redeveloping more and more to an original and authentic Frisian village in the middle of the famous vast dune-landscape of Sylt. Still you’ll find “hotspots” nearby such as the famous fish-diner “Gosch” at the King’s Harbour “Königshafen” or the hot spot “LA” (Lister Auster) at the wadden beach area.
All shopping facilities are within walking distance.
