The Holiday House
The large half-timbered house was built approximately 150 years ago and has been divided in its past. In 2005 the entire oak framework was exposed in the south east part of the house and a cosy and rustic holiday appartment was created. On 3 floors the 120 square meters offer enough space for 5-6 persons.
The stylish and rustic living room with a fireplace is situated in the basement, along with the dining room with kitchen and a small restroom. On the first floor you find a large sleeping room and the rustic and modern bathroom. A single room and one more large double room is situated on the second floor.
The beautiful terrace is edged by a nicely planted natural stone wall. Right in front of the entrance door you can park your car.

Location and surroundings
The house is situated in the small village Bomig close to the city Wiehl. The next access to the Autobahn A4 can be reached in only 2 minutes and it takes only half an hour to reach the centre of Cologne. The train station of Dieringhausen can be reached by foot in 20 minutes, from there it is a one hour ride to Cologne main station.
The nice old town of Wiehl is definitely worth a comfortable walk. Besides its historic buildings and museums you find a game reserve, a dripstone cave, a historic mail coach line and you can go ice skating. The adventure swimming pool "Gumbala" in Gummersbach is just a 10 to 15 minute drive away.
Right next to the house is a marked hiking path.

Notes
- For 5-6 persons you 10€/day more, with 1-2 persons you get a discount of 10€/day.
- The price for towels and bedlinen is €8 pp. For the cleaning the price depends on the numbers of persons and is between €30 and €50. On demand cleaning may also be done by the guests, in which case we will need to ask you for a deposit.
