The apartment with 65 sqm, is completely renovated and redecorated and has place for 1 to 6 people. From 3 rooms you have a view on a green courtyard and one room is on a quiet side street.
The apartment has a high-quality equipment and modern furniture.

A powerful high-speed Internet with wireless lan and without any data limit is available free of charge.

In the living room is a large 90 cm flat screen TV (with 100 international programs), a cozy sofa, a large cupboard, a safe and up to three beds.

Nice bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a flat screen TV wardrobe, 2 bedsides, a luggage rack, 2 mirrors, an writing/dressingtable and if necessary an extra bed.

Location and surroundings

In a maximum of 4 minutes you find all necessary facilities (4 supermarkets, drugstore, large market, bakery, bank, gas station, pharmacies, doctors, tobacco shop, laundry, post office, cafes, restaurants and many other shops.

In a few minutes you can reach the subway line U4 (2 statios to the city), line U6 and the tram lines 5 and 31.

In 2 minutes there is the recreation area Donaukanal (jogging, walk and bike-path to the city) and the Augarten (baroque park from the yaer 1650, Mozart and Beethoven have payed theire). A free bike rental (ciy bike) is also located near to the apartment.

   We stayed in this apartment during a September 2010 trip to Vienna, and found it to be a very convenient and well appointed apartment. Markets, bakeries and local shopping is very near and convenient. Access to public Transportation is also close and convenient. A very enjoyable and quiet lodging which we would highly recommend to all. We were met promptly on arrival and all that is described about the apartment is very accurate. The owner has also assembled a book which was very helpful in locating local marketplaces.

   Wir nutzten die Ferienwohnung 10 Tage im Juli 2009.
   Als sehr angenehm erpfanden wir die
   Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz des Vermieters, Herrn Hanko.
   Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet,
   angenehm luftig an sehr heißen Tagen
   und liegt zentral.
   Besonders gut hat uns auch gefallen, daß Infomaterial in der Wohnung vorhanden war.
   Wir möchten uns noch einmal vielmals bei Herrn Hanko bedanken.
