The vacation rental
The apartment is approximately 45 mē big and is spread over 2 storeys. On the upper storey the bedrooms (one double bed, one bunk bed) and a bathroom with shower can be found. On the lower storey are a living room and a kitchen.
The living room has been fitted with sat-TV, a CD-radio etc. In the kitchen is a coffee machine and a toaster. Coffee poweder, tea, salt, pepper and herbs/spices belonmg to the basic fittings of the kitchen.
The apartment offers a small garden which is only useable for our guests.
The prices include VAT, a final cleaning, bed linen and towels, as well as all additional costs such as gas, electricity, water and heating. |

The surrounding area
In the little village Cavriglia near the entrance to the Chianti Classico area, the pleasant apartment has been placed. It is an ideal starting point for tours through Chianti, to Arezzo, Florence and Siena.
