The vacation rental
Each of the nine cottages has an individual character and they vary in size sleeping from 2 to 8 people. One is a mini castle with turret, some are by the river or loch. You can walk in the hills directly from your cottage. The cottages are very well equipped and comfortably furnished and all have log fires. Electric or oil heating is included in the rent as is linen. The cottages have gardens and have wonderful views of the surrounding moorland, loch, river or woods. The area is well known for the interesting and rare wildlife. |

The surrounding area
Nearby are a great variety of outdoor activities from water sports, to golf and highland safaris, from fishing to stalking. There are castles such as Blair Castle and Menzies Castle and you can easily make a day trip to Balmoral, Edinburgh or Loch Ness. There are distilleries to visit such as Edradour and the World of Whisky and great shopping at the House of Bruar. We are centrally placed for touring a wide area including two National Parks within easy reach.
