The appartmenthouse has six comfortable and stylish 2-6 bed appartments consisting of:
bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen, terrace or balcony and are fully equipped with all your need for your holiday.A kitchenett with extractor hood, refrigerator, kitchenware, coffee machine, services.The bedroom has a safe for your valuables, the bathroom is equipped with shower, WC, wash basin, bidet and hair dryer. The living room has TV with satellite television and sleeping couch.Also at your disposal: sauna, solarium, fitness room and a garage.From your private terrace or balcony you oversee our big garden, which has a spectacular view on the surroundings and the mountains and many play facilities for children.Only 10 mins walk from town center. |

Merano is the perfect starting point for trips into the surroundings: many castles, historical villages and spectacular mountains (for walking tours or skiing) are waiting to be explored! Start with the Cure promenade of Merano, walking along the lovely river, enjoying a cappucino with a view on the mountains.Walk to the castle of Dorf Tirol on the Tappeienrweg or visit the the Trauttmansdorff castle and botanic gardens. For relaxatiobn and medical treatment there are the new Merano Thermal Baths – an invigorating source of wellbeing that is bubbling with attractions. If you'd like to do sports: enjoy the trekking paths or go skiing in Merano 2000!

Travel information
By car: the easiest an quickest way to come to Merano is to take the motorway A22 an exit at Bolzano Sud, then continue on the MeBo (Bolzano-Merano, 27km) and exit at Merano Maia Bassa/Untermais Marlengo/Marling. Drive toward town centre for approx. 2km, then line up on the right for Obermais/Maia. |
