The surrounding area
We are set in a valley surrounded by hills (snowcapped in winter) overlooking Lake Whakatipu. It is a 30 minute drive to the car park of Coronet Peak ski field. The many rivers provide scenic jet boating and white water rafting. There are many walking trails nearby.
The speciality wine from the local wineries is Pinot Noir and wine tasting and meals are available from them.
Queenstown has many restaurants and bars for your enjoyment.
