Parking places direct next to the house.
First floor: hall, 2-persons bedroom; living room with double doors to the terrace (garden furniture available); running out to lawn and the woods.
Flooring with tiles and floor heating; all at one level, almost without doorsteps.
Kitchen: gas backing oven. frigidaire, warm and cold tap water, microwave, coffeemachine.
Bathroom with shower and wash bowl. Washing machine and tumble-dryer.
2nd floor: 2 large bedrooms each for 2 persons. Large landing between the two bedrooms. Wooden floors. |

Very quiet place in the woodlands with view on the valley ofthe "Zeegser Loopje", a tributary of the Drentsche Aa.
