The Cottage
Idylllic, in a clearing with own pond, maintained country house with large living room and with tiled stove, fire-place, TV, W-LAN binding, fully equipped kitchen with separate dining corner, 3 bedrooms, bathrooms with shower, bath tub and Bidet, additionally separate WC, lain. Calmly and in the midst of nature and nevertheless only few carminutes removes from complaint ford - center, lake wörthersee, golf course rare home (18/9 hole), for riding stable Knoll, tennis. Large sunbathing area with nature pond. Grill possibility. A Ideal binding at airport, station and highway.
The letting of the country house took place for the first time starting from summer 2008.
Special features
Beautifully convenient, relaxation offers purely with bird twitter in free nature. A small Paradies outside of only few kilometers removed a driving approximately summer e.g. Carinthi around the Wörthersee and for the cultural events.

Location and surroundings
Our country house is in lovely, hilly mountain country shank with many bath lakes. Italian and Slovenian one border 30 carminutes, likewise the mountains Karawanken and Tauern (wonderful walking possibilities) Riding, tennis, gulfs, sails in the close periphery. Stalactite caves and ravines invite to trips, just as the castles and locks in the environment and the state capital "Kärnten" with their special already southern flair and naturally the lake wörthersee with it´s clear and warm water.

Der Teich ist im Sommer superwarm und es gibt einen Steg oder wahlweise eine Treppe ins Wasser! Rundherum ist Wald sodass man von keiner Straße oder anderen Geräuschen gestört wird. Die Ruhe ist herrlich und man hört die Vögel zwitschern.38 of 42 persons think this rating is helpful
