The Villa

Villa Azzurra sits on a rocky outcrop overhanging Capo Zafferano, a stunning stretch of beaches and cliffs which spans the coast between the fishing villages of Aspra and Saint Elia. This zone is on Sicily’s north coast between Palermo and Cefalù. The villa, which is surrounded by a fabulous garden flourishing with indigenous Mediterranean plants, is stone built and has a breathtaking view over the Tirrenian Sea. You can sit on the villa’s open terraces and patios every day and never tire of the stunning view, and the kaleidoscope of colours, from sunrise to sunset.
The villa is fully furnished and equipped, in a simple and practical style. The house opens directly into the welcoming living room, which features an ingle nook fireplace which you can snuggle into on the occasional chilly winter evening. The same room contains a dining table which seats six, and a sideboard. The kitchen, like the three bedrooms, has a splendid sea view and opens directly onto the terrace. The villa also has an internal courtyard which we have equipped with a barbecue. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the third has two single beds. On the mountain side of the house there are two bathrooms which have been fully refurbished. One of the bathrooms has a shower, whilst there is also another shower opening onto the internal courtyard of the villa.
There is air conditioning in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. It has various terraces with chairs and sun loungers, a washing machine, water heater, fridge freezer and gas kitchen with an oven. If requested, we will provide sheets and towels.

   Wir haben mit 6 Freunden im Sommer 2010 hier tolle Ferien verbracht. Im Haus ist alles Notwendige. Die Lage ist phänomenal. Sehr netter Vermieter mit guten Tipps.
