The vacation rental
Luxury apartment (140 square meters) for 6 to 8 people, 1st floor, a roomily architecturally designed living area, which encapsulates the beautiful panoramic mountain view. Large living area, 50 square meters with large south facing window (4,20x3m) Ceiling height is 3-5.40 meters, piano, music system with CD player, gallery above the living area with seating, kitchenette with open plan eating areas, dishwasher, 2 double bathrooms with an extra bed each, 1 twin room, 1 double sofa bed on the gallery, 2 bathrooms, pretty reception room with cupboard, large partially covered well protected southfacing terrace with lounger. Fittings: telephone, cable TV, radio with CD player, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave oven, utensils, pots and pans, towels, hairdryer, table cloths, dishcloths and bed linen, loungers and parasol |

The surrounding area
Our apartment house is located 200 meters from the centre of the village and 600m (10 minutes by foot) from the ski station. A cross country run begins behind the house. The Mini-Maxi club centre is located just meters away. Just over half a mile away is the pretty bathing area of Ueberwasser with its water which contains hints of sulphur. It has a really nice temperature for a mountain lake. In the neighbouring area of Serfaus there is an outdoor swimming pool at the edge of the forest. Another 4 miles or so will bring you to the banks of the Rieder lake. Its natural surroundings and the small romantic island in the middle of the lake will enchant you. There are indoor pools in nearby Kaunertal (20 minutes drive away) and in Samnaun (40 minutes drive time, customs free area). The Aqua Dome thermal baths in Längenfeld, Ötztal are less than an hour away by car as well as the regional capital of Innsbruck with all its many sights. Italy and Switzerland are only 40 minutes away by car.
