Exteriror	The vacation rental The cottage is completely furnished with old-style (restored) furniture. The traditional materials (wood and stone) as well as methods were used during the cottage restoring. The pearl of the Istrian architecture - water cistern – making the first floor gallery of 15sq.m, built some 80 years ago, is protected from the sun by also 80 years old vine grape that still gives crops of the Istrian Malvasia wine sort. In the front courtyard there is the old smokehouse with the preserved stove in open air for the bread baking and the Istrian fireplace, nowadays ready for barbecue.
Svetvincenat	The surrounding area Major tourist destinations: Pula 25 km, Fazana-Brioni 25 km, Rovinj 18 km, Limski cannal 10 km, Dvigrad 5 km, Porec 30 km… Venice is 2 hours away by high speed ferry from Rovinj and makes an ideal day trip. In Svetvincenat (3km) there are: post office, bank, physician, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. Filling station is in Zminj (8km). In Smoljanci there is grocery, restaurant and cafe.
The nearest beach	Activities The region is famous for cycling tours, tracking and running paths. In Smoljanci, there is bowling-court, tennis-court and football field. Badminton, biking, bowling, fishing, horse-back riding, jogging, rock climbing, scuba diving, swimming, tennis, water sports
