Located in the historical centre of the tiny little village of Lütz (350 inhabitants) but a very quiet place.
On three floors the house provides 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a little day room with an open fire place, a modern bathroom on the first floor and a separate toilet on the ground floor. There is a little garden with chairs, table and grill. Parking space is in front of the house. |

The surrounding area
Located at the foot of the Hunsrück mountains, Lütz has very lovely surroundings. The area is ideal for hikers, bikers and for families with kids. The village is 3 km from the mosel river valley. It takes 40 minutes drive from Hahn Airport to reach Lütz. Very close to Eltz Castel and Cochem Castel.
