Relax in our apartments inside this one time only villa in a beautiful area.
The apartments are spread over 300 mē of living space and fully furnished.
An internet connection, TV and washing machine can be used when you want to. One balcony, a garden with 500 mē, terrace and parking space are for your use only.
The villa was built 1980 and was renovated 2005. |

The surrounding area
The villa is in a residential area between the city Palermo and the international airport. A motorway is not far, just like the railway.
Ideal area, very quiet, with all comfort, cared decorations, large terrace with 30 mē, fully renovated and not far from the seaside.
