The spiral staircase	The vacation rental The apartment is located on the ground floor of a medieval palace partially occupied by a XVI century tower. Inside the apartment are vaulted ceilings, painted doors and old pictures on the walls. It consists of: - a large dining hall and sitting room with old fireplace, sofa and chairs, tv set, hi fi, dvd and cd player - a small kitchen equipped with electric cookers and oven, fridge freezer and microwave oven, toaster - a double bed room with wardrobe, parquet paving, internal private bathroom with tub - a double bed ( or twin bed) room with private external bathroom with shower. A small library is at the guests disposal. A fan in each room will make fresh summer nights.
bedroom	The surrounding area The house is located in the hearth of historic centre, 100 metres from the main Corso Vannucci and Piazza Italia, with its beautiful medieval and renaissance palaces, just up the Rocca Paolina and the Giardini Carducci, the sitting terasse of Perugia inhabitants and tourists. Theatres, cinemas, shops, universities and foreigners schools, special events all year round - Umbria Jazz, Eurochocolate, Sagra Musicale Umbra, Festival del Giornalismo, and many other events make Perugia one of the most vivacious towns of centre of Italy.
