Vanderbilt Beach area is located on north Naples between the upscale community of Pelican Bay and the new Dunes development. Our neighbors are Naples most luxury accommodations. The luxorious 5 star Ritz Carlton Resort and the exclusive La Playa Beach Resort Hotel. Only one mile from here, a 13 min. walk to the fine white sand at Vanderbilt beach, (no fees) or to the Wiggins Pass State Park. (Daily fee). Beach chairs and bicycles are available. In a short distance of less than 2 miles you will find plenty of major grocery stores, shopping centers, banks, post offices, theaters, medical facilities, famous restaurants from top line steak houses to the best Chinese or inexpensive Burger or Pizza places. Not far away, you find public tennis courts and a library.
