The vacation rental
The holiday home is about 120 km away from Fortaleza, the capital of Cearas and is situated in the small fisherman settlement of Parajuru.
If offers space for up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A well equipped kitchen and a large barbecue area are also available.
The house stands on a 3500 m² large plot with a big swimming pool (10 x 5 m) in a beautiful garden area with coconut palms and all region-typical tropical fruit-trees.
The beach is only 200 m away. The prices, including personnel, begin at € 350 per week (food not included).
A housekeeper will cook, wash up and clean for you as well as go shopping. Her husband is the gardener, who also cares for the pool. |

The surrounding area
Parajuru is a quiet village. The house is very close to the beach. The beach offers simple restaurants and goes on for kilometres with hardly any tourists. It will never be cold when you live so close to the Equator. The normal temperature is around 27°C and all year long the sun shines and a cool dry breeze blows. Hurricanes are not known. The seawater is always around 27°C warm. The rain period is between March and May. In the mentioned time, it will rain a few hours a day but shortly after the rain, the sun always comes out. The people here are friendly and very open-minded towards tourists.
