Major part speedy living quarter with kitchen line set up fully: 4 plate electric cooker, big refrigerator, dishwasher, eating group for 6 persons, hallway, bath with shower, separate toilet, 1 bedroom for 2 persons in the EC (double bed), 2 bedrooms for 2 persons each in the OG.

Further equipment: washing machine, wood fireplace in the living room, Sat-Farb TV (German-speaking), garden furnitures as well as own car parking space.
