The vacation rental
The Old Stables have been tastefully converted to provide you with all the comforts expected from quality holiday accommodation. They have either two or four bedrooms, and are fully equipped and sleep 2 - 8 persons with all linen included in the price.
All cottages are double glazed and centrally heated and have TV's, irons and hairdryers.
The kitchens are comprehensively equipped with washer/dryers, fridge/freezers, microwaves, electric ovens and gas hobs.
Bathrooms have a shower over the bath. |

The surrounding area
The cottages are situated in 80 private acres with a small stream.
There is a large childrens play area, pygmy goats and shetland ponies.
It is possible to see foxes, badgers and deer also egrets, buzzards and kingfishers.
The Old Stables are conveniently situated at the gateway to Devon and the Westcountry and make an ideal base for touring the whole of this lovely area.
The City of Exeter with its magnificent Cathedral and Guildhall are a short drive away, and there are several National Trust properties within easy reach.
Exmouth with its long sandy beach is only 10 minutes away. Alternatively you can explore the little seaside towns and coves such as Branscombe and Beer.
There are also number of family activities in the area.
