The vacation rental
This charming period style house is set in a relatively quiet situation up a short slope, yet is only 400 yards from the High Street of the old market town of Skipton, the Gateway to the Yorkshire Dales.
The house has been modernised but has kept some of its original features with stripped pine woodwork and period style fireplaces. It has been very comfortably and tastefully furnished and well equipped, with most of the furnishings being new, to provide excellent holiday accommodation |

The surrounding area
Centrally situated within the town this house makes a superb base for visiting the many delights Skipton has to offer, which include a medieval castle and church.
For the tourist the Dales, York and even the Lake District are readily accessible.
There are plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants in the town centre: 400 yards.
