The Apartments
The holiday home "ANNE" has been newly built in the spring of 2002, and opened on 01.07.2002. If you love small and cosy atmosphere with flair, you will be at the right place!
Our complex has 10 vacation-apartments, which are furnished in a modern style. Some of the apartments have a terrace or a balcony. The 1-and 2-room apartments are located on three floors and offer space for the accommodation of a single person or a 4-member family.
Numerous additional beds, for example children's bed or a couch, will enable a pleasant stay for our younger guests. All rooms are spacious, bright and tastefully furnished.
A modern furnished kitchen, cable TV, bathroom (WC / shower) belong to each vacation-apartment.

Location and surroundings
Our facility has 500 m² of outdoor space with adjacent parking spaces.
The vacation-accommodation is centrally located, just a few minutes from the beach and conveniently located in the seaside resort of Binz. Close by is a playground for the kids.
The short distance to the "Rasenden Roland" and the next stop of the public transportation services has many advantages, especially for our guest that travel by train.
Binz is the ideal starting point for many excursions to the sights of our beautiful island of Ruegen, for example the hunting lodge "Granitz", the "Koloss von Prora" (Colossus of Prora), "Stubbenkammer" (Königstuhl), the flint fields, many museums in Sassnitz, Cape Arkona, Ralswiek, Hiddensee, Gingst, Garza or Putbus.
Ruegen is definitely worth a visit and a lot of sights and things are waiting to be discovered!

by Family Ewert from BerlinDie Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll und vollständig eingerichtet. Ob Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle oder Toaster, alles vorhanden. Auch Kücheninventar vollständig. Sehr sauber und ruhig. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Hunde sind hier willkommen, Futternäpfe vorhanden. Es gibt einen Willkommensknochen! Jederzeit gerne wieder.
