The Holiday Apartment
The Riding is well equipped and furnished to a high standard . A large entrance hall and stairs lead to a galleried landing.
The open plan living room is furnished with comfortable sofa and chairs. There is a television, video, and audio system. Full width glazing and doors open onto the south-facing balcony with table and chairs.
The dining room is open plan with dining table and chairs adjacent to the kitchen with American fridge freezer, double oven, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher.
There are two bedrooms: a spacious double bedroom with large en-suite bathroom fitted with bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. The second bedroom is arranged as a twin, with a separate shower room with hand basin. Guest laundry.

Heating and linen and towels are included.
Cot and high chair available on request.

The Riding is on the edge of the Ashdown Forest in the heart of the High Weald and next to Crowborough Golf Course. The area is rural but just a few minutes from the small town of Crowborough and ten minutes drive from the Spa town of Tunbridge Wells. The property is set in an elevated position, taking advantage of the rural views over an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It has its own area of garden and barbecue for guest use.
There is private parking for two cars.

Besser als typisch englisch!

by Roger Domke from WildauDie Ferienwohnung ist toll und groß mit Platz für 4, das Anwesen liegt ruhig und idyllisch am Fusse eines Berges. Mit Auto (Brighton, Dover) und Zug (London) ist alles erreichbar, und wer gerne wandert. Es liegt mitten in einem Wandergebiet. Wer keine Nachbarn will ist hier richtig.
