The building is of a high standard with heated indoor pool, fitness, private parking in the basement, security 24/24, viedophone. |

The surrounding area
Located around the corner (40 meters) from avenue Mohammed V, the major street in the moder part with shops, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, banks, entertainment, people. Walk along this avenue and after about 20 mins. you will reach the famous square El-Fna and Medina, or quicker grab a taxi for 1 euro and in 5 mins. you'll get there. From the airport 6 km, Menara Gardens 3 km, Majorelle Gardens 1.5 km. Around the corner is a big supermarket (Acima), a nice elegant cafe (La Flamme) and opposite a side street with many local cheap eateries.
