The vacation rental
The apartment is allocated over 2 levels with open inner stairs. The bedroom is situated in the upper part and has a completely glassed oriel which offers a stunning view over river Tagus. Here you can enjoy your wine in the evening sometimes even listening some fado-music in the background. And here you can let your gaze wander over the nearby church of St. Miguel to the Tejo and the 17.2 km long bridge “Vasco da Gama” and the nature protection area on the other side of the river.
In the lower part you will find the living room with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), the dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower bath. |

The surrounding area
Lisbon is often described as the city of superlatives. On the famous viewpoints, the Miradouros, you experience incredible moments. You are always confronted with the extremes of old and new. Palaces decorated with the famous azlejos (blue tiles), iron elevators in the inner city, very interesting old graveyards are just as worth seeing as the modern scene in discos and bars at the docks and the large shopping malls. Cultural events of high quality will enthuse you as well as the small bakeries with the typical Portuguese pastries. The distance to the beaches and to the sport facilities are about 30 minutes by car.
