The vacation rental
The villa you dreamed of, below palm-trees, directly at the sea and a (almost) private sandy beach.
Fully equipped including satellite-TV, safe, washing machine and garden furnitures, big sea terrace all around the house and two big terraces in the upper floor. Three double bedrooms and two baths on two levels. Kitchen with refrigerator including freezing compartment, 4 burner gas range, oven, coffee machine, toaster etc.. |

The surrounding area
Swimming, surfing, sailing etc directly in front of the house and numerous further sports in the proximity. A second wide sandy beach at the Mediterranean Sea is only 80 m away.

Special characteristics
La Manga del Mar Menor is a narrow peninsula which separates the Mediterranean-Sea from the Mar Menor with fine sandy beaches on either side. Here you can enjoy 320 day of sun per year. At La Manga you're always in the immediate vicinity of two different seas that equals to two different climatic zones. This makes it possible to reach another climatic zone with only a few steps. The open Mediterranean-Sea on one side and on the other side the shallow warm water of the Mar Menor, which is approx. 5 degrees warmer in summer.
The water of the Mar Menor with its high concentration of minerals has a healing effect on many illnesses and is excellent for people suffering from an allergies.
According to a study of the WHO the climate is one of the healthiest of the world.
The Mar Menor doesn't have any surf and the banks are shallow. This makes it the ideal place for parents with little children. While the children can amuse themselves playing in the wonderful warm water the parents can watch them from the terrace without being afraid of accidents.
